Job Description

SabiKerja is a curated headhunter agency based in Jakarta that is well-known as a one-stop talent solution in which we connect curated quality talent with the institution or company that partners with us.

We represent our client that one of the SaaS companies based in Singapore focusing on HRIS software and currently they expand the business to Indonesia.

 

 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify new sales leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and other targeted prospecting activities
  • Conduct research to identify potential clients and decision-makers within target organizations
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects and opportunities
  • Work with the sales team to develop and execute effective sales strategies and tactics
  • Present and demonstrate our HRIS products and services to potential clients
  • Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to close, including proposal development, contract negotiation, and closing the sale
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
    1+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the HRIS or SaaS industry
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and results-driven
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team
