Job Description:
- Manage and discover new sales or collaborative opportunities through networking and aim to secure new business deals for the agency.
- Present campaign ideas and budgets to clients alongside the creative team.
- Assist in Handle budgets, managing the campaign costs and invoice clients.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to maximize clients’ loyalty.
- Remain in regular contact with clients to understand and meet their needs.
- Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data.
- Work with the creative team to determine the task list, deliverables, and deliverable timeline /deadlines.
- Determine realistic timelines in every project with the creative team to manage client expectations.
Requirement:
- Excellent report writing and skills in Google Docs (Docs, Sheets, Slides) are a must.
- A solid team player, a fast learner, and willing to explore more.
- Fluent in English and have an outgoing personality.
- Having a minimum of 1 year of working experience as an Account Executive or Account Manager, preferably in a creative agency.
- Being able to look cool and presentable at all times.
- Strong connections with brands and big companies are preferred.
- Of course, being able to work under pressure is a must.
- University graduate is preferred, but not a must.
- Basically knows how to be on the front lines and hold the fort together.
